Friday Details – February 11
* Arrival
* Teachers and other adults will arrive at 8:00a.m.
* Students will begin arriving at 8:30a.m.
* Rehearsal Times – Begin at 9a.m.
* Students will separated into two groups (Treble and Mixed Ensembles)
* Treble will work in the Fellowship Hall (We will use the keyboard from the sanctuary)
* Mixed Ensemble will work in the Worship Center
* Concert Time – 7:00p.m.
* We will need sound but only for mics. We will have live accompaniment with piano and other instruments
The Fellowship Hall/Kitchen Area
* During Rehearsal Times, we will need to use this space as a rehearsal space since it is our second largest location
* One Group in Sanctuary
* One Group in Fellowship Hall
* During Meal Times, we will serve students from the area near the kitchen – they will get their sandwich, chips, cookie/brownie, drink and go and sit either on the floor in the fellowship hall or outside on the sidewalk
* Since we are using the space for rehearsals, we really cannot have tables set up. Kids are free to sit in the chairs during those meal times as well but please no tables.
* We will use the kitchen itself to put the food for the adults, make coffee, etc for the adult meals.
* We will cater a taco bar for the teachers and clinicians for lunch. We will use the ladies’ SS class adjacent to the kitchen (Suzy Gurley’s class) as the “green room” for when they go and sit to eat.
* Teachers will take turns eating while kids are rehearsing. During student meal times, the clinicians and accompanists will be in the green room eating
* We do have the Women’s Ministry Ladies making cookies for the kids and two cakes for the adults
* We are ordering Chick-fil-A for their dinner (students and adults)
